Get started in four steps

  1. 1 Sign in Log in with your AVLMS account to get started.
  2. 2 Choose a course Browse courses and roadmaps, then press Enrol.
  3. 3 Learn and practise Complete lessons, simulations and assessments at your own pace.
  4. 4 Earn your certificate Download it and share the QR code so employers can verify it.

If you are signed in, open Settings and choose Change password. If you cannot sign in, choose Log in and then Forgot password, enter your username or email address and follow the steps we send you. If nothing arrives, check your spam folder or contact support.

Open Explore Courses or Roadmaps, pick what you want to learn and press Enrol. Free items open straight away. Paid items ask you to pay first, and bank transfers are activated once our team confirms your payment.

Your Dashboard shows your overall progress and a card for every course with its own progress bar. Open a course to see which activities you have completed and what comes next.

When you meet the completion requirements, your certificate appears under Credentials. You can preview it there and download it as a PDF.

Every certificate carries a QR code and a verification code. Anyone can scan the QR code, or type the code on the Verify a Certificate page, without needing an account.

Choose Enrol on a paid programme and follow the payment steps. A bank transfer stays pending until it is confirmed. Your receipts are kept under Roadmaps, in My Receipts.

Open Settings from the sidebar. There you can change your preferred language, notification and message preferences, and your profile and password.

AVLMS (the Africa Vocational Learning Management System) is a digital learning platform developed for Mohas Trading PLC. It provides structured, competency-based vocational and technical training, modular curriculum progression, and verifiable digital certification across vocational disciplines.

Learners can create an account or sign in to browse and access available vocational courses and roadmap modules on AVLMS. Participating vocational colleges and institutional partners can also onboard student cohorts directly through centralized batch enrollment.

Every certificate issued upon completing an accredited vocational pathway features a unique verification code and QR scan link. Employers, colleges, and verification agencies can instantly validate certificate authenticity online.

Yes. AVLMS is fully mobile-responsive across all modern smartphones, tablets, and computers. Course pages, quizzes and certificates all work in a phone browser, so nothing needs to be installed.
